Storming the Clubhouse

This flooded clubhouse in Oakland, CA was the result of a burst 15" pipeline in the hillside. In the before photo you can see the dried mud that made its way into the building and how saturated the carpet was. This was the case for the entire building affecting a gym, offices, sauna, pool and hot tub. The after photo shows the carpet had been removed and the tile floors had been cleaned and extracted. The customers were very pleased that we were able to get out there so quickly and get right to work on cleaning and drying the entire structure.
