Mold remediation in Blackhawk, CA

This Mold damage in Blackhawk, CA was due to rain gutters outside not being installed properly after they were moved. The wood paneling that covered these walls hid the mold initially but not the smell of mold. The damage was limited to this library wall but covered a large portion and a small corner of the master closet. The after photo shows the mold remediation being complete along with some new lumber due to the integrity of the structure being compromised. Our customer was glad we were able to remove the mold and keep it from expanding anywhere else in the house and that he could finally move in.
