Commercial building in Livermore

This water damaged commercial building in Livermore, CA was the result of a small pipe leak in the ceiling of a storage room. As you can see in the before photo the drywall appears to be growing some mold. This is an indication that the drywall was in fact wet. The after photo shows how the SERVPRO technicians were able to successfully remove the wet/moldy drywall and dry the structure. The owners and managers of this commercial property were very pleased that we were able to come in, address the issue and fix it without disturbing any of the tenants in their offices.
