Storm in leasing center

This storm damaged gym in the leasing center in Oakland, CA was victim to storm damage caused by a pipe burst in the nearby hillside. The flood happened to funnel through the pool and spa and down into and throughout the clubhouse narrowly missing the apartments. The before photo shows the carpets being wet and muddy inside the gym and the after photo shows our drying equipment in use after we removed all of the carpet. Our customers were very pleased that we were able to manipulate the equipment and minimizing damage while removing the carpet and underlayment. All equipment was untouched by the black water.
