Water damage in Livermore, Ca

This water damaged living room in Livermore, CA was due to over three months of rain that came through a skylight in the hallway. The damage was to majority of the house mainly the ceiling and floors. The hardwood floors were buckling and the carpet had standing water on it. The after photo shows the living room carpet and pad that was removed and the sub-floor that is now dry.
