A late night janitorial service came in to clean this beauty salon but had no idea that the city had shut off water for maintenance work to be done. The janitor turned on the water in a janitor closet and when no water came out he walked away leaving the spigot wide open. When the city turned back on the water ran for hours until found by the opening shift. By then it was too late. Three units flooded.
