We had a water issue in our house and we called Carlos (from SERVPRO of Pleasanton/Dublin) and he agreed to come immediately (Sunday). He looked at the job and explained how will he remove the water and how long it will take. Since its weekend so charges were more than normal which I believe was a fair ask.
Carlos and his colleague finished the job on time and later on John Ron also joined them to help. John also came out after few days to take a look and confirmed everything looks fine and its all back to normal.
I like their professionalism, punctuality and friendliness, Would highly recommend them anytime!

John Ron came and was informative, removed hardwoods, moved refrigerator, and stove, cleaned up and did an excellent job, I would highly recommend him and the service.

Just wanted to jump on and give a huge shoutout to SERVPRO of Pleasanton and Dublin. We realized we had a huge water leak in our kitchen Friday around 5:00 and called them not knowing what to do. They came right out. We wanted to do our own repairs and Carlos walked us through exactly what he would do even after realizing it wasn't going to be a job for them. He truly cared and went above and beyond for us. They are knowledgeable and professional. We are so thankful for them! He even offered to help give us advice while we do our repairs. I am so thrilled with the work SERVPRO did at our home. My wife and I came home from a vacation to find our water heater broke and flooded our home. We did not know what to do so we hopped online and found SERVPRO. They were quick to respond and had someone helping within the hour. They really put our minds at ease and took care of us! If I could give them 10 stars I would! It does not get ANY better than this co. We had a major flood in our 2nd floor laundry room at 10pm on a Sunday, and impacted 7 rooms. I called the team thinking I'd leave a message, and get a call back Monday morning. I received a call back within 10 minutes. Barry walked me through how to lessen the immediate damage and to assess any dangers. Their level of care, service and attention to detail was superior.

This is my second time I have used SERVPRO of Pleasanton/Dublin for water damage. I was impressed both times by the level of detail, thoroughness, communication and high quality of workmanship.
